Pinot Pinot-issimo

I am always on the lookout for new and exciting Pinot Noir, and I came across this 2023 Reguta, Pinot Nero, a light, vibrant Pinot from Italy. Juicy style, yet with a nice balance of fruit and body, I definitely recommend it with some antipasti, or just drunk on its own as it has a silky-smooth mouthfeel!

I finally discovered Deutz Brut Rosé and was instantly captivated. The vibrant pink hue with fine bubbles delivers exactly what it promises - luscious red fruits with perfect balance.

I finally treated myself to Billecart Salmon's Blanc de Blancs and I'm utterly impressed. Paired it with butter-seared scallops as recommended and the combination was perfection. Now I understand why this champagne stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Krug and Dom Pérignon.
