ABOUT THE WINE
Created in 1895 by wine-growers from the town of Ribeauvillé, the Cave de Ribeauvillé - the oldest such cooperative in France - is something of a pioneer in Alsace. Its members own portions of some of the finest vineyards in the region, and their plots contribute to their exceptional range of wines.
TASTING NOTES
Light and crisp, with delicate fruit character. Floral aromas dominate, with acacia, zesty lemon, white peach and candied apple. The palate is mineral and citrusy, with fresh acidity which adds length to the finish.
FOOD PAIRING
A good pairing for white-fish or for shellfish.

A dry wine, very enjoyable and excellent value.
