ABOUT THE WINE
The Ellevin family has a long tradition of winemaking that spans generations. In 1975, Jean-Pierre Ellevin and his wife took the family domaine to new heights, expanding and refining their vineyards. Their son Alexandre joined in 2003, bringing fresh energy to this established estate. Today, the domaine spans 16 hectares in Chablis, exclusively planted with Chardonnay. This dedication to a single grape variety reflects the family’s commitment to producing pure and expressive Chablis wines that capture the essence of their terroir.

TASTING NOTES
