I finally discovered Deutz Brut Rosé and was instantly captivated. The vibrant pink hue with fine bubbles delivers exactly what it promises - luscious red fruits with perfect balance.

I finally treated myself to Billecart Salmon's Blanc de Blancs and I'm utterly impressed. Paired it with butter-seared scallops as recommended and the combination was perfection. Now I understand why this champagne stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Krug and Dom Pérignon.

First time experiencing a Gin & Tonic with an olive garnish and it was a revelation. The savoury twist elevated the classic completely.
