TASTING NOTES
The 2020 Pinot Noir is a masterful blend of fruit from top-tier Californian regions, fermented by sub-region and artfully blended. It opens with classic Pinot Noir aromas of mushroom, tarragon, and red berries, including strawberry, sour cherry, and raspberry. What sets this wine apart is its sun-kissed Californian edge: ripe pomegranate, a hint of mocha, and a velvety mouthfeel from aging in 15% new French oak for 13 months. Silky tannins and bright acidity ensure balance, making this a standout alternative to red Burgundy.
FOOD PAIRING
