ABOUT THE WINE
Established in 1977 by Jacques and Françoise Boyer, Domaine de la Croix Belle is a standout estate in Languedoc, nestled on the slopes of the Cévennes, just north of Béziers in Southern France. With 110 hectares under vine and 16 grape varieties cultivated, the domaine produces a wide range of wines known for their quality and exceptional value. The Les Champs des Grillons Rosé 2023 is a fresh, elegant expression of southern French rosé, designed for pure pleasure and easy enjoyment.
TASTING NOTES
This Languedoc rosé wine opens with delicate floral aromas and a hint of spice. On the palate, it’s subtle and refined, offering soft red fruit and bright acidity. Refreshing, light, and perfectly suited for warm weather drinking.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as an apéritif, or paired with light finger foods, summer salads, or delicate seafood dishes such as prawns or scallop carpaccio.
