ABOUT THE WINE
La Ferme du Mont in the Southern Rhône, owned and vinified by Stéphane Vedeau, boasts a mosaic of biodynamic vineyards. A former soccer player, Stéphane transitioned to winemaking in 1989, spending 15 years in the Languedoc before moving to the Rhône Valley in 2000. His wines, praised by critics like Robert Parker, are known for their freshness and soul, utilizing native yeasts and biodynamic methods. The vineyards were certified Agriculture Biologique in 2014, and have been farmed biodynamically since 2011.
TASTING NOTES
Flowers and red fruits on a bed of liquorice. The aromatic intensity here is spectacular. The volume in the mouth achieves an excellent balance, offering richness and opulence with a certain lightness and great seduction. This limited cuvée represents the most velvety and charming version of the estates southern grape varieties. You will be left on the palate with a fresh and saline finish.
