Domaine Bonnardot, a family-owned and women-led vineyard, brings three generations of expertise in viticulture and a commitment to organic farming. After completing its organic conversion in 2021, the estate continues to prioritize soil health and biodiversity through eco-friendly practices such as herbal teas, essential oils, and sustainable land management, including preserving dry-stone walls, hedges, and bee hives.
TASTING NOTES
Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, this wine comes from the Clos des Oiseaux vineyard on Coteau des Oiseaux, home to 33-year-old vines planted in clay-limestone soils. The 2021 vintage unveils a rich bouquet of white flowers, white fruits, and delicate hints of oak. The palate is smooth, floral, and layered, showcasing a vibrant complexity with a refreshing, slightly salty finish.
