Managed by Bertrand and Christiane Devillard, alongside their children Amaury and Aurore since 1996, Domaine des Perdrix is a celebrated estate in the Côte de Nuits, spanning 12 hectares of prestigious vineyards. The domaine boasts exceptional terroirs across Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, with nearly 5 hectares dedicated to Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru, including the renowned "Aux Perdrix," a quasi-monopole (99%). The 2020 vintage, with its impeccable vineyard management and meticulous vinification, reaffirms Domaine des Perdrix as a benchmark producer in Burgundy.

The 2020 vintage showcases the best of Echezeaux, a village known for its powerful yet refined red Burgundy. Bursting with ripe candied red cherries, wild strawberries, and fresh raspberries, the wine is layered with notes of shiitake mushrooms, sweet spices, and hints of toasty vanilla and cinnamon from ageing in new French oak barrels.
