ABOUT THE WINE
A family-owned winery, founded in 1924 by Giovanni Scolaris. The company found early success selling wine to British and American soldiers who occupied Italy towards the end of World War II; today, Marco, the founder's grandson, is the winemaker for the estate. The wines are produced entirely from estate vineyards.
TASTING NOTES
Refreshing citrus and light red berry flavours, grapefruit, peach and a hint of strawberry on the palate.

A brand new addition to the Prosecco appellation, with very specific production requirements - the wines must be predominantly Glera, the white grape of Prosecco, with 10-15% Pinot Noir.
